Excellent location. 5 minutes from University of Maryland campus. Great common spaces for people to gather who come in groups. Good breakfast. Parking is plenty in the underground parking ramp, there’s 2 levels. Kitchenette was used plenty for cooking and preparing a few meals. Smart use of the room space. Hooks, usb ports, closet organizer. It’s basically a well designed studio apartment. There’s free laundry in the basement which seems well maintained. Front desk staff were friendly upon check in. Very little wear and tear yet since it’s a fairly new hotel. Overall this hotel has a clean, positive vibe.
Great location! Easy access from I-95 and 495. Clean rooms, nice breakfast plenty of underground parking $10 per night. In and outside allowed. Easy breezy check-in. The front desk staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. TV's and remotes may need an update. Close to college, places to eat and shopping!

Staff is super nice. Easy and fast check in. Very convenient location near everything. Just sits on busy street with oneway turn. But overall great place to stay especially with the option to cook your own food and still get free breakfast
I like this hotel because, for myself, it is very convenient. I feel easy to stay here, although the amenities are just commonplace (I already tried a luxury Marriott in downtown Baltimore but still prefer it here) PROS -Staff was kind & respectful -Rooms and hotel common areas were clean & orderly - Free breakfast -Rooms include full kitchen: microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, glasses, plates & cutlery, etc -Hotel offers free access to laundry facilities. Detergents are available, even travel razors. -Lots of food delivery choices nearby via Uber Eats. CONS: - The hotel should upgrade their TV, sofa.

TownePlace Suites ended up being a pleasant surprise. The free breakfast made mornings easy, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and every staff member I interacted with had that warm, upbeat energy that makes a stay feel smoother. I initially thought parking would be a headache since the front area is tiny, but discovering the two full floors of underground parking felt like unlocking a hidden level in a video game. The location is great for getting around College Park, though the entrance can sneak right past you if you’re not paying attention. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay with a few quirks that actually make it more memorable.
Good place to stay they charge for parking but i seen people smoking weed in the car but i don’t see parking sticker hanging, so who check the parking lot.
